Roses In Bloom Distinguished Gentleman (RIBDG) was created by the mother-daughter team of Ms. Constance Flemming and Dr. Ebony Bowers. This competition training system for individuals of all ages, abilities, and gender identities that are either new to pageantry or feel that they need more practice in a more supportive competition environment before moving on to compete in larger pageantry systems.
